Ingredients:
200 gms Ladies Finger
4 tsp Refined Flour
2 tsp Butter
100 ml Milk
1/4 tsp Pepper
Salt to Taste
Method:
Prepare ladies fingers and parboil in salted water. Prepare a thick white sauce with flour, butter and milk. Heat oil and toss ladies fingers in fat. Cohere with the sauce and serve hot.
