Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients:

4 Egg Yolks
250 ml Cream
50 gms Coffee beans (Roasted but not ground)
2 tsp Sugar

Method:

Make the eggs and cream into a custard add to it the coffee beans and let it stand until they have flavoured the mixture well. Then strain it, add the sugar, and when the custard is quite cold, freeze.
