Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2kg
Onion 2 big
Curry leaves A few
Salt To taste
Oil 10ml
For grinding
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Peppercorns 2tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Ginger
Garlic 6 Flakes
Method:
Wash chicken pieces and cook in half a cup of water adding salt and the ground spices till Tender. Fry chopped onion and curry leaves in oil till golden brown. Add the cooked chicken and fry for five minutes.
