Ingredients:
1 Kgs Chicken
1 tsp Cummin
10 Red Chillies (remove seeds)
1 Piece Ginger
6 Garlic
1/2 tsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp vinegar
Fat
Salt to taste
Method:
Grind the coriander, chillies, turmeric, garlic, ginger and cummin seeds together with salt and vinegar.
Clean and joint the chicken. Mix well with the ground ingredients. Allow to stand for one hour.
Fry in two tsp. fat, sprinkle water and cook covered till chicken in tender and there is no gravy. Serve hot.
