Chicken Kadai

Ingredient:

Chicken 200 gms.
Big onion 2 nos.
Tomato juice 2 nos.
Clove 3
Cinnamon stick 2 small piece
Elachi 3 nos.
Ginger, Garlic paste 4 tsp
Chilly Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Jeera powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp

Corriander seeds, Chilly, Sombu each 2 tsp mix the powder.

Method :

Cut Big onions into small pieces. Heat the pan, add clove, Cinnamon stick, elachi, fry the mixture and then add onions and continue frying till the onion reaches the golden brown colour. Now add ginger, garlic paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, jeera and coriander powder . Continue frying and add tomato juice and reduce the heat and wait till the oil comes to the top surface. Now add chicken pieces, add a cup of water. Then add corriander, chilly, sombu powder garnishing corriander leaves. Fry the mixture until the water drys.

This Chicken kadai goes well with chappati, fried rice and plain rice.
