Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

500 gms Chicken
1 Capsicum
1 Cup Coconut Milk
3 Tomato (Cut into Small Pieces)
1 Big Onion (Cut into Long Pieces)
1 Inch Ginger
6 Garlic Pieces
20 Small Onion
2 Green Chilly
3 Clove
3 Small Cinnamon stick
2 Cardamom
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Chilly Powder
Pay Leaves
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves

Method:

Grind small onion, two tomato, garlic, ginger, garam masala, chilly powder and collect the mixture in a bowl.

Heat the pan and pour some oil add clove, cinnamon stick, cardamom, pay leaves, add big onion, green chilly, coriander leaves and one tomato. Fry them till the onion becomes golden brown colour. Add tomato and onion mixture (already ground) and heat the mixture for 10 minutes and fry them till it becomes soft and add chicken pieces, salt and allow this to boil for few minutes.

Now heat another pan fry capsicum. Finally add the fried capcium and coconut milk allow to surface oil on top. Now the chicken curry is ready.  Finally garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve along with Plain Rice, Chappathi, Curd Rice, Fried Rice, Non
