Channa Masala

Ingredients:

150gm Channa
100gm Onion(big)
1 tbs Coriander powder
1 tbs Chilli powder
1 tsp Sugar
10gm Oil
a few floke Coiander leaves
1/2 Tomatoes
to taste Salt
100gm  All of them fry with  Onion
5cm Ginger
a few cloves Garlic
1 Cardamom
2gm Cloves
2gm Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Anise
1/2 tsp Pepper seeds
2 Cashunuts
2 grind smooth paste) Tomatoes

Methods:

Channa put water for before 8 hours.After 8 hours boils channa in cooker.Put oil and fry with grind smooth paste. The paste
is browish and put coriander powder, chillies powder are well known fry.Add boil channa and salt one cup water.Put dathva
sugar with brownish add cravy. Decurate with coriander leaves and slice onion and slice tomatoes
