Channa Kulambu

Ingredients:

100gms Channa
2 Drumstic
2 Brinjal
1 Potato (cut into small pieces)
2 Small Onion
3 tsp Temarine Paste
1 Cup Coconut
1 tsp Mustred Seed
1/2 tsp Urdu Dal
8 Red Chilly
2 tsp Coriander Seeds
5 Pepper
1/4 tsp Jeera
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves
Coriander leaves
Method:
Heat the Pan and pour some oil and add small onion, red chilly, coriander seeds, pepper, jeera, coconut, 4 curry leaves fry for few minutes and grind mixture and collect them in a bowl.

Boil Channa seperately and add all the vegetables to it.

Heat the pan and pour some oil add mustred seed, urdu dal, curry leaves add boil channa and vegetables for few minutes add turmeric powder, tamarine paste, salt and coconut mixture boil for 10 minutes. Finally garnish with coriander leaves. Channa Kulambu is ready.

Serve with Plain Rice, Curd Rice.
