			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>250gm Bitter gourd<br />
5 Green chillies<br />
50gm Cocount<br />
to taste Salt<br />
Cocount oil		</p>
<p>Methods:</p>
<p>Wash and dry gourd. Slit and remove seeds and pulp. 2, Cut into fine slices or roundels. 3, Slit green chillies. 4, Cut coconut into small pieces. 5, Cook together, gourd green chillies and coconut with salt and just enough water to cook gourd dry. 6, Cook over gentle heat till gourd is done and water evaporated. 7, Heat oil in a fry pan. Add cooked gourd and fry till gourd is fairly crisp.</p>

<p>2 Egg<br />
250 gms Onions<br />
400 gms Potato<br />
100 gms Carrot<br />
200 gms Peas<br />
100 gms Tomato<br />
25 gms Butter<br />
200 ml Cheese Sauce<br />
1/4 tsp Pepper</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>Cook potatoes, carrots, onions and peas separately. Dice cooked potatoes, carrots, onions and fresh tomatoes.  Stir in the peas and butter. Beat the eggs with the seasoning. Stir into the cheese sauce. Add prepared vegetables to sauce. Turn into a greased casserole dish. Bake for half an hour in a moderate oven.</p>
