			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>200 gms Rice<br />
50 gms Dal<br />
5 Beans<br />
1 Carrot<br />
1 Potato<br />
Raw Banana small Pieces<br />
1/2 Piece Drumstic<br />
1 Tomato<br />
15 Small Onions<br />
2 tsp Tamarine Paste<br />
1/4 tsp turmaric Powder<br />
Oil<br />
Ghee<br />
1 Green Chilly<br />
Salt to taste<br />
Curry Leaves<br />
Coriander leaves</p>
<p>Fried:</p>
<p>1 Clove<br />
1 Small Cinnamon stick<br />
4 Red Chilly<br />
1 tsp Coriander Seeds<br />
1/4 tsp Pepper<br />
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds<br />
2 tsp Coconut</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>Heat dry pan and fry all the above items and collect them in a bowl.</p>
<p>Heat the pan and pour some oil, ghee and add mustrad seed, urdu dal, onion, curry leaves and green chilly. Fry them till the onion becomes golden brown. Now add tomato mixture to this and continue to fry till it becomes soft. Add Turmaric Powder, all vegetables and dal and boil for few minutes and then add tamarine paste, salt, mixture (already ground), rice and add 4 cups water and allow the sambar rice for 10 minutes to boil in low flame (sim). Add little ghee finally garnish the sambar rice with coriander leaves. The sambar satham is ready.</p>
<p>Serve along with Vadam, Appalam, Vatral</p>
