<p>250 gms &#8211; Bitter Gourds<br />
1/4 tsp &#8211; Pepper or Chilly Powder<br />
2 cups &#8211; Curd<br />
1/4 tsp &#8211;  Mustard Seeds<br />
Oil<br />
Salt To Taste</p>
<p>Method: </p>
<p>Chop the bitter gourd into small circular pieces. Heat the pan add some oil add mustard seeds and heat the vegetable and Pepper or Chilly Powder over a medium heat for few minutes until it turns brown and crispy. Heat the pan add some oil pop the mustard. Add the stirred vegetable, salt, popped mustard to the curd and mix well. </p>
<p>Tasty Bitter Gourd Curd Pachadi is ready.</p>

Red Chilli powder &#8211; 1/2 tsp<br />
Turmeric Powder &#8211; 1/4 tsp<br />
Salt To taste<br />
Curry Leaves<br />
Oil </p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>Heat a pan and add some oil mustard seeds and curry leaves. Then fry the chopped onions and mango pieces. Add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Add some water and boil till mango is cooked. Finally add jaggery, mix well and reduce of the heat.</p>

<p>1 cup		-	Grated Carrot<br />
1 		-	Chopped Onion<br />
2 		-	Chopped Green Chilly<br />
1 tsp 		-	Grated Ginger<br />
1/2 tsp 	-	Mustard Seeds<br />
1/2 tsp 	-	Cumin Seeds<br />
1/4 tsp 	-	Turmeric Powder<br />
1 tbsp 	-	Ghee<br />
salt 		-	To taste<br />
2 tsp 		-	coriander leaves<br />
2 tsp		-	Coconut<br />
Pinch of Asafoetida<br />
Small curry leaves</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>Heat pan ghee in a skillet.Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,<br />
asafoetida, curry leaves. Now add the chopped green chillis, grated ginger and onions. Fry for two minutes. Add turmeric powder and grated carrot,coconut and fry for five minutes.Stir constantly so that it doesnt burn. Remove from fire and cool.</p>
<p>Once its cool, add salt and coriander leaves and mix well. </p>
