			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Today I am going to describe an easy way to make Mushroom Briyani. One of most flavored meal item which can be made during a function or an occasion.</p>
<p>INGREDIENTS:</p>
<p>Biriyani Rice &#8211; 2cups<br />
mushroom &#8211; 100 gms<br />
Small Onion &#8211; 20<br />
Ginger and Garlic<br />
tomato &#8211; 1/2<br />
chilly powder 1/4 tsp and coriander powder 1/4 tsp<br />
green chilly &#8211; 4 nos.<br />
Corriander leaves<br />
mint leaves<br />
oil &#8211; 4 tsp<br />
ghee &#8211; 5 tsp<br />
water 4 cups<br />
cut each mushroom into two or three pieces and use as it is – wash well</p>
<p>KARAMMASALA : Dry Pan fry with few minutes and grind him than add small water<br />
Clove &#8211; 3<br />
Pepper &#8211; 10 nos.<br />
Kasa kasa &#8211; 1 tsp<br />
Cashew &#8211; 2 nos<br />
Pattai &#8211; 2 nos<br />
Elachi &#8211; 2 nos</p>
<p>Ginger Garlic and small onion paste &#8211; 2 tsp<br />
Onions chopped 15 nos, tomotto &#8211; 1/2 chopped<br />
Add water rice for 10 minutes</p>
<p>METHOD:</p>
<p>Heat cooker and add oil 4 tsp and ghee 3 tsp then add pattai, clove, sombu, curry leaves<span> </span>and Fry onions, green chillies till pink in colour, fry till they crackle. Add Corriander leaves mint leaves<span> </span>and also add ginger/garlic onion paste and continue to fry on low heat for 2-4 mins. Then add the ground ingredients and fry on low heat till you get a nice aroma, and the oil floats on the surface ADD mushroom fry for few minutes then add tomato add garam masala chilly powder and coriander powder than add rice and fry for few minutes add 4cups of water and add salt for appropriate quantity. Leave it on the stove for 10 minutes to boil. Finally see that the cooking is done properly and add<span> </span>2 tsp Ghee and Corriander leaves.</p>
