<p>½ Kgs Small Potatoes<br />
2 tsp Curd<br />
1 tsp Chilly Powder<br />
1 tsp Garam Masala<br />
1 tsp Cumin Powder<br />
½ tsp Turmeric Powder<br />
A Little Tandoori Colour<br />
2 tsp Coriander Powder<br />
Hing a Pinch<br />
Salt to Taste<br />
Oil </p>
<p>Method: </p>
<p>Boiled the potatoes in micro wave along with water for ten minutes. Peal the skin marinate the above mixture for 4 hours. Then in a kadai add little oil, add cumin, add the above mixture fry for 3-4 minutes, put in the crusty plate, place the high rack stand, micro wave and grill for 7 minutes then grill for 7 minutes in between rearrange several times and brush with the oil.</p>

<p>2 Cups Basmati Rice wash and soak for 20 minutes<br />

4 Onions<br />
4 Green Chilies<br />
2 tsp Cumin Seeds<br />
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste<br />

3 Cinnamon Pieces<br />

1 Star anas<br />
2 Bay leaf<br />
5 tsp Ghee </p>
<p>Method: </p>
<p>In a pan add ghee add all the spices fry for 1 minute add cashew and chopped onions and green chilies fry for 1 minute, add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 minutes add peas fry for two minutes. Now mix rice and water 1st powder level 10 minutes, 2nd power level 10 minutes. Standing time 5 minutes.</p>

<p>1 Cup Maida<br />
¼ tsp Soda Bicarbonate<br />
½ tsp Baking Powder mix together sieves it 3 times<br />
½ tin Condense Milk (100 ml)<br />
½ Cup Butter (50gms)<br />
Miranda or Fanta 100 ml<br />
½ tsp Orange or Vanilla essences<br />
2 tsp Powder Sugar </p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>Beat butter condense milk sugar then add sieved maida alternately with 100 ml of fanta or Miranda mix well in a micro wave bowl. Micro high 1st power level 900 watts for 5 minutes. Standing 5 minutes.</p>

<p>Method:</p>
<p>Press pre-heat button 4 times to get 180 temperature combine all ingredients except the egg. Form into line size balls and flatten slightly. Place on the crusty plate keep on the turn table on a low rack stand. Press convection button 4 times to get 180 temperature give time 20 minutes press start. Standing time 10 minutes after removing from the oven outside allow it 15 minutes standing time then only they become crisp.</p>

Place in a high rack stand on crusty plate brush the potatoes with oil in comby mode 7 minutes then brush again in oil, grill mode 10-12 minutes. Several times brush the potatoes with oil rearrange several times.</p>

<p>Spices:</p>
<p>1 Bay leaf<br />
2 Cardamoms<br />
3 Cinnamons<br />
3 Cloves<br />
2 Cashews<br />
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder<br />
Taste to Salt </p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>Take a pan add ghee and oil add all the spices above allow it to sputter then add chopped onions and chilies then add ginger garlic paste fry for one or two minutes then add the chopped vegetables can add chopped tomato or 2 tsp curd. Fry for 3 minutes then mix it with the wash rice and salt chopped mint, coriander leaves, water mix well first power level 8 minutes (900 watts) second power level 8 minutes (600 watts). Standing time 5 in a micro wave.</p>
