Brinjal Fry

Ingredients:

Brinjal         1/2kg
Red chillies         5
Onion (small        7
Oil            30gm
Salt                    to taste
Curry leaves        a spring
Tamaric powder        1/4 tsp
Coconut         1/2
Coriander        5gm
Cinnamon        2gm
Cloves            1
Anise            2gm
Poppy seeds        1tps
Gingelly seeds        5 gm

Method:

Wash brinjal, cut them lengthwise. Cut the onion. Heat the oil and fry onion and put the brinjal, grind with smooth paste, and gingelly powder, salt, tamaric powder. Mix all of them. Heat slowly. Paste gingelly powder salt and cover with brinjal. Brinjal gravy mix well put curry leaves and serve.
