Ingredients:
1 Pkt Bread
500 ml Milk
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
A few drops Vanilla
100 gms Fat
Method:
Boil the milk and add half the sugar. Beat eggs and mix with milk. Add vanilla. Soak slices of bread in the mixture for half an hour. Shallow fry to golden brown. Turn over, fry the other side. Serve hot with sugar sprinkled on top.
