Bhanap Batata

Ingredients:

500gm Young potatoes (small and round)
2 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Tamarind
50ml Groundnutoil
to taste Salt

Methods:

1, Wash, boil and peel the potatoes. 2 Heat oil and fry potatoes. 3, When potatoes are fried add chilli powder, tamarind, salt and enough water to make a thick gravy. 4, Reduce fire and cook potatoes till gravy is thick.
