Batata Thilsane

Ingredients:

250gm Potatoes
4 Red chilies
4 tsp Coconut oil
8 cloves Garlic
2 tsp Tamarind
To taste Salt

Method:

Peel and cut potatoes into thin pieces. Wash thoroughly. Drain and add salt and tamarind pulp. Heat oil. Add slightly crushed garlic and when golden brown add broken red chilies. Stir well. Then add the potatoes and keep on a low fire. Sprinkle water and let potatoes cook well. Remove when dry.
