Ingredients:
250gm Potatoes
4 Red chilies
1tsp Grated coconut
1 tsp Tamarind
1 small piece Jaggery
6-7 cloves Garlic
Coconut oil
Method:
1, Boil and peel potatoes and cut into big cubes.2, Grind chillies, grated coconut and tamarind. 3, Add ground spices, salt and jaggey (with sufficient water to cover potatoes) to the potato cubes. 4, Keep on fire. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. 5, Fry crushed garlic in oil. 6, Remove potatoes from fire and add fried garlic with the oil in which it was fried. 7, Stir well and serve hot.
