Ingredients:
25gms Beans
50gms Pumpkin
50gms Avaraikai
50gms Koththavarangai
50gms Brinjal
1/2 Pieces Plantain (raw banana)
1 Inch Snake Gourd
1 Drumstick
1 Piece Yam
1 Potato (All Vegetables Cut into Long Pieces)
1 Cup Coconut
1 Cup Curd
10 Green Chilly
4 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Jeera
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves
Method:
Grind coconut, green chilly, jeera and collect this mixture in a bowl.
Cook the vegatables separately with very little water. Mix all the cooked vegetables together with salt and add the coconut paste and heat for few minutes and add curd (boil few minutes seperately). Finally heat the pan add coconut oil, mustred seed urdu dal, curry leaves and mix well. Avial is ready.
Serve with Plain Rice, Adai Dosa
