Ingredients:
1/2kg Potatoes
200gm Peas
50 gm Onion
4 Green chillies
to taste Salt
Oil
1/2 lime juice
Curry:
200gm Tomatoes
50gm Onion
a pinch Turmeric
1/4 tsp Chilli powder
Stuffing:
200gm Peas
50gm Onion
4 Green chillies
to taste Salt
50gm Oil
1/2 lime juice
Method:
1, Boil potatoes in jackets. 2, Peel,cut into half lengthwise. 3, Stuff with prepared stuffing. 4, Put the halves togather and secure with tooth picks. 5,Fry till light brown. Put into curry and cook for 15 to 30 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves.

6, Heat a little oil. Add chopped onion, chillies powder, turmeric and tomato puree.
Stuffing;
1,Heat oil. Add chopped onion and green chillies and saute. 2, Add peas and cool on slow fire till peas are tender. 3, Add scooped out potatoes, salt and lime juice and mix well.
